Job summary

Peak Outsourcing is seeking a Content Writer with a strong foundation in content creation, copywriting, and proposal development. This role focuses on producing high-quality written materials and collateral to support brand awareness, demand generation, and business development through responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other client-facing documentation.

This role is writing-centric but also offers exposure to broader marketing functions, including campaign support and content strategy development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing content writing or related roles.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience crafting responses to RFIs/RFPs or similar documents.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to gather inputs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Copywriting: research, write, and edit persuasive content for websites, emails, newsletters, social, collateral, case studies, decks, and long-form content.
• Proposal & RFI/RFP Development: draft client-focused responses and organize requirements.
• Research & Accuracy: translate complex concepts into audience-friendly language and ensure factual accuracy.
