Job summary

KLDiscovery is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy and execution across web, email, social, and collateral. The role blends hands-on writing with AI-assisted ideation, maintaining brand voice while supporting integrated campaigns.

You’ll own day-to-day content production, collaborate with designers, editors, and subject-matter experts, and adapt messaging for multiple channels to drive demand and awareness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of content marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, or legal technology.
• Must have exceptional English speaking and writing skills
• Ability to write clear, concise, on-brand copy while telling a story that compels action

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt copy across integrated campaign touchpoints, including paid and organic ad copy, webinar abstracts and promotional copy, email nurture and cadence copy, and campaign landing pages
• Turn around campaign content requests quickly, working with digital marketing to hit launch timelines
• Flex across formats as campaign needs shift, acting as a versatile utility writer
• Execute and support marketing communications, content marketing, and content strategy initiatives with the marketing team
• Create concise and compelling B2B content for website content, blog posts, landing pages, press releases, emails, events, white papers, ebooks, and ads
• Craft content for different channels with the ability to adapt writing to fit audience and medium
• Own day-to-day development and posting of content across KLDiscovery's social media channels
• Adapt core brand messaging into channel-native social copy and creative direction
• Monitor social engagement and identify optimization opportunities
• Leverage generative AI tools to support content creation, research, and ideation
• Apply prompt engineering to produce on-brand, high-quality outputs
• Edit and refine AI-generated content to meet tone, accuracy, and clarity
• Stay current on generative AI tools and best practices, flagging new use cases to the team
• Coordinate content and collaborate across the global Marketing team to ensure content is consistent across channels
• Coordinate with internal SMEs on technical offerings, ensuring collateral is accurate
• Navigate internal workflows for creation/design/review/translation, contributing the best approach for different mediums
• Collaborate on collection, analysis, and reporting of content KPIs
• Identify trends and optimization recommendations
• Address complex requests from stakeholders
