Job summary

KLDiscovery is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to execute content marketing strategies across web, email, social, and sales collateral. This role blends hands-on writing with strategic alignment to KLDiscovery's brand voice, supporting integrated campaigns and ensuring on-brand AI-assisted outputs.

You will own day-to-day content production, collaborate with designers and subject matter experts, and drive content for multi-channel campaigns while leveraging AI tools responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of content marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, or legal technology.
• Must have exceptional English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to write clear, concise, on-brand copy with a narrative that drives action.
• Experience with social media platforms and channel-specific best practices.
• Experience using generative AI tools for content development and editing AI-generated content.
• Strong listening, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
• Portfolio or samples of relevant work required.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt copy across campaign touchpoints, including ad copy, webinar abstracts, email copy, and landing pages.
• Turn around content requests quickly in collaboration with digital marketing and campaigns teams.
• Create concise B2B content across website, blogs, press releases, emails, events, videos, white papers, eBooks, and ads.
