Job summary

Clasp is seeking a B2B Marketing Specialist to own hands-on marketing execution for Clasp Talent, driving demand from employers who use Clasp to attract and upskill critical talent. You’ll execute polished content, flawless events, and high-performing HubSpot campaigns with AI tools daily.

You’ll work with marketing and sales leaders, stay organized across many moving pieces, and help the sales team win by delivering ready-to-use materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience in a specialist/coord role.
• Ability to produce polished, on-brand content in design and copy.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient with multiple projects.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your work.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for team time and events.

Responsibilities

• Produce polished, on-brand content for a senior employer audience.
• Coordinate paid campaigns and build sales enablement materials.
• Own end-to-end event logistics for conferences and employer-facing events.
• Build, QA, and launch HubSpot campaigns, emails, and landing pages.
• Use AI tools daily to create content and copy faster and independently.
• Maintain repeatable checklists and SOPs for campaigns and events.
