SwimOutlet is seeking a driven Facility Sales Specialist to grow our B2B business with aquatic facilities and organizations across the US, including municipal pools, YMCAs, colleges, K-12 schools, swim clubs and fitness centers.

You’ll manage relationships, understand seasonal needs, propose the right product mix, and drive revenue while ensuring on-time delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Experience selling to aquatic facilities, athletic departments, schools, or team dealers is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support and grow facility sales, driving revenue against targets.
• Prospect and qualify new facility opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and inbound leads.
• Build long-term relationships with aquatics directors, facility managers, coaches, and purchasing agents.
• Consult with facilities to understand programming, headcount, seasonal cycles, and budgets, then recommend product mix.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and bulk/team orders; manage pricing within guidelines.
• Coordinate with service, operations, and fulfillment for on-time delivery and smooth account experience.
• Log sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Handle renewals, reorders, and account issues to protect and grow relationships.
• Stay current on product lines and category trends to advise customers credibly.
• Partner with marketing on facility-focused promotions and initiatives.
• Represent SwimOutlet at trade shows and regional events as needed.
