Job summary

SwimOutlet is seeking a driven Facility Sales Specialist to grow our B2B and facility accounts across the United States. You will partner with municipal pools, YMCAs, colleges, and clubs to deliver deck and pool gear solutions, manage quotes, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will drive revenue toward targets, travel within your territory, and collaborate with marketing and leadership on promotions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales, account management, or inside/outside sales experience with quota attainment.
• Experience selling to aquatic facilities, athletic departments, schools, or sporting goods channels.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive facility sales and revenue against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Prospect, qualify, and convert new facility opportunities via outbound and referrals.
• Build long-term relationships with aquatics directors, facility managers, coaches, and purchasers.
• Consult with facilities to understand programming, headcount, seasonal cycles, and budgets; recommend product mix.
