Job summary

SwimOutlet is seeking a driven Facility Sales Specialist to grow our B2B business with aquatic facilities and organizations across the US. You'll partner with municipal pools, universities, schools, clubs, and resorts to provide deck and pool gear.

Reporting to the VP of Sales and Service, you will prospect, qualify opportunities, build lasting relationships, tailor product mixes, and manage quotes and orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, quota attainment.
• Experience selling to aquatic facilities or sporting goods channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive facility sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Prospect new facilities and manage existing relationships.
• Understand facility programs and recommend product mix.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, manage pricing within guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on facility promotions.
