Qualifications

• 10+ years object-oriented software development with C#, .NET Core, and React.js.
• 4+ years supervisory experience with mentoring and team development.
• Deep Azure experience including API Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, REST services, and Cosmos DB.
• Proven design and delivery of microservices at scale.
• DevSecOps principles integrated into code, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
• Automated testing discipline and REST API design across data sources.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and workflow automation.
• Agile/Scrum experience with iterative development and POC delivery.
• Data-driven leadership using reports to manage people and projects.
• Ability to lead in diverse, fast-paced environments and remove barriers.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's technical roadmap and lead architecture, development, and delivery for healthcare systems.
• Design components, write high-quality code, troubleshoot complex issues, and review code.
• Build cloud-native solutions on Azure using microservices and the .NET stack.
• Drive AI-assisted coding adoption and establish secure code review standards.
• Lead engineering practices for AI-backed features including data governance and PHI-safe logging.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Cloud, Security, and other teams on integration strategies.
• Translate complex designs for non-technical stakeholders and align outcomes with priorities.
• Ensure HIPAA and PHI/PII-safe engineering and healthcare interoperability requirements.
• Apply DevSecOps across code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage hiring, training, mentoring, and removing barriers to meet goals.
• Lead fast-paced teams with a solution-first mindset and strong decision-making.
• Foster rapid prototyping and ownership of quality and maintainability.
• Complete documentation, protect privacy, and participate in required trainings.
