Eliassen Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide hands-on technical leadership, delivering production-grade solutions on Azure with microservices and the .NET stack. The position is full-time (permanent) and requires a strong background in C#, .NET Core, React.js, and Azure, with a focus on secure, scalable architecture and leadership of a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of OO software development with C#, .NET Core, and React.js.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience with mentoring and team development.
• Deep Azure experience including API Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, REST services, and Cosmos DB.
• Proven design and delivery of microservices at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's technical roadmap and end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery for healthcare systems.
• Design components, write high-quality code, and perform rigorous code reviews.
• Build cloud-native Azure microservices and drive engineering excellence.
• Advise on secure, maintainable code review standards and sound engineering judgment.
• Lead AI-backed features including PHI-safe prompting, monitoring, and human reviews.
