Luna Data Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Application Developer to join a multi-year modernization effort in Oklahoma City, focusing on a cloud-native, Azure-hosted pension administration system that integrates with member and employer portals.

The role involves building modern APIs, web interfaces with Angular, and data services using Azure SQL and Function Apps, with emphasis on scalable, secure, and maintainable software delivered in a largely remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern application development frameworks, programming languages, and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
• Knowledge of business process analysis, functional design principles, documentation standards, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Familiarity with pension software systems and related business rules.
• Familiarity with legacy systems architecture, dependencies, technologies, and integration points.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and maintaining code with unit tests and pull requests.
• Ability to translate technical specifications into production-ready software.
