Job summary

Cleo Consulting Inc. is assisting the State of Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System with an Application Developer role to support a multiyear modernization using a cloud‑native stack.

The project focuses on Angular, .NET, REST APIs, SQL, and Azure services to replace aging systems and improve scalability and security. You'll collaborate with TRS staff, analysts, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in modern application development frameworks and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
• Experience with business process analysis, functional design, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with TRS Pension Software System rules and legacy integration points.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, document, and review code for TRS modernization projects.
• Create and maintain APIs, system interfaces, and automation workflows.
• Translate technical specs into production-ready software and maintainable components.
