Job summary

The Teachers’ Retirement System of Oklahoma (TRS) is modernizing its pension administration platform by building MyPAS 3.0 on Azure and phasing out ALICE. The project unifies processes, improves security, and scales across 210,000 members.

We are seeking experienced developers to design, implement, test, and deploy interoperable components using C# .NET, Angular, REST, SQL, and Azure DevOps. Remote hybrid in Oklahoma City with occasional on-site meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern application development and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business rules into maintainable software.
• Experience with legacy-to-modern migration and integration points.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready code.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deploy software components using .NET, Angular, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Collaborate with TRS staff, analysts, testers, and project managers to refine requirements.
• Prepare clear documentation, conduct code reviews, and manage pull requests.
