HighSpring India LLP seeks an experienced Azure & Microsoft Fabric Infrastructure Engineer to own the infrastructure, security, reliability, and operational health of the Azure data platform across Development, QA, and Production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise Azure infrastructure and Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Hands-on with Terraform and automated infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices across environments.
• Strong understanding of Azure identity, security, networking, RBAC, and secrets management.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric administration and capacity management.
• Troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure, deployment, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Knowledge of cloud operations, reliability, monitoring, disaster recovery, and incident management.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and data teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure, security, reliability, and operational health of the Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platform across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure and Microsoft Fabric infrastructure using Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Administer Microsoft Fabric capacities, workspaces, OneLake, Lakehouses, Warehouses, Pipelines, and supporting Azure services.
• Manage Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments.
• Administer the credential and secrets management framework, including 1Password Azure Key Vault integration.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Entra ID authentication, RBAC, networking, and security controls.
• Monitor and optimize Fabric capacity utilization, infrastructure performance, storage growth, and costs.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, backup, disaster recovery, and incident response.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, security, connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.
• Establish and maintain platform governance, security standards, and engineering procedures.
• Continuously improve platform automation, deployment processes, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Follow onboarding docs, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with data engineering, application development, security, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
