Job summary

Quisitive is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Microsoft Azure. You will work hands‑on with Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Fabric to deliver robust data processing in a secure cloud environment.

This remote role is open across the contiguous United States, with UTC‑based hours preferred. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Azure data engineering, strong Python/Scala and SQL skills, and experience with CI/CD and IaC to ensure reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands‑on data engineering experience on Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency with PySpark/Scala and SQL for data transformations
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC in cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Design and build end‑to‑end data pipelines on Azure
• Develop and optimize data processing jobs with Spark (PySpark/Scala)
• Implement IaC (Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines for data platforms
• Support and secure Azure data platforms and RBAC permissions
