Job summary

TTEC Digital in the United States is seeking a Solution Principal – Azure Data to drive pre-sales engagements, design Azure-based data analytics architectures, and present value to prospective clients. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions on the Azure platform.

The role emphasizes governance, security, cost optimization, and effective stakeholder communication across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, data science or related field.
5+ years in cloud solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or data analytics with Azure.
Proven track record designing and delivering Azure data/infrastructure solutions in a pre-sales context.
Experience delivering Azure data projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales: propose Azure-based data analytics/infrastructure solutions.
Design, architect, and present tailored solutions using Azure services.
Lead client-facing technical discussions, demos, and POC sessions.
Advise on Azure architecture, security, governance, and cost optimization.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical proposals on Azure platform.
Collaborate with product/engineering to refine offerings.
Conduct workshops and webinars on Azure services and best practices.
Stay updated on Azure tech trends and data analytics.
Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales teams.
Work with Azure Sales to grow customer relationships.
