Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software, automation, or AI solutions.
• Hands-on Azure deployment experience (App Service / Functions, storage, identity, OpenAI).
• Producing LLM-based production apps with RAG, function calling, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Turn prioritized ideas into deployed AI solutions for sales, service, and engineering.
• Build AI agents with RAG, tools, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Develop document processing and OCR workflows for manuals and contracts.
• Lead integration with ERP/CRM systems and data pipelines.
