Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a hands-on engineer to architect Azure AI systems, document ingestion pipelines, RAG solutions, and the data infrastructure that makes complex information secure, searchable, and intelligent.

You will work on Azure-based workloads, build end-to-end data and AI pipelines, and integrate with Microsoft 365 ecosystem while upholding data governance and security standards. This is a senior, hands-on role with direct leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI engineering with hands-on production experience.
• Production experience with Azure Container Apps, Static Web Apps, Cosmos DB, Functions, Key Vault, and Entra Application Proxy.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online, Copilot 365, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience configuring and deploying MCP servers.
• RAG, vector indexing, and LLM application experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate Azure infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
• Build document ingestion pipelines using OCR, extraction, chunking, and vector indexing.
• Design and operate production RAG architectures and LLM-integrated applications.
• Develop APIs, integrations, agents, and AI-powered applications.
• Architect databases, schemas, ontologies, taxonomies, and retrieval systems.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, iManage, and AI platforms.
• Maintain AI integrations, MCP servers, authentication, and data governance.
