Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AWS migration initiatives remotely in the United States. You will drive cloud migration projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

The ideal candidate has proven AWS migration and Jira expertise, strong leadership and communication skills, and relevant certifications. This role offers competitive compensation and Cognizant’s incentive program.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading AWS migration projects.
Proficiency in using Jira for project management and reporting.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
PMI-PMP and AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications are a plus.
ItSM/ITIL familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead AWS migration projects from initiation to completion within scope, time, and budget.
Develop and manage project plans using Jira, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless execution.
Provide training and support to Jira end users and stakeholders.
Create and manage complex reports and dashboards for management.
