Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to build and support a cloud platform, primarily in AWS GovCloud. You will design multi-account environments, manage VPCs, and automate using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD, while aligning with FedRAMP/NIST requirements.

The role supports remote work from home in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across departments and leading technical projects to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, operations, security, or cloud engineering.
• 3+ years on AWS or other major cloud providers and multi-account governance.
• Experience with IAM, VPCs, and networking for cloud infra.
• Experience with IaC and version control practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate, develop, and improve a cloud-based infra in AWS GovCloud.
• Provision multi-account environments and governance using SCPs.
• Design and manage VPCs, subnets, routing, and security groups.
• Automate with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure cloud security, compliance (FedRAMP/NIST), and cost optimization.
