Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an AWS Connect Administrator to support Amazon Connect environments across production and non-production instances in a remote role. You will configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and security settings while ensuring platform health and incident resolution.

The role requires hands-on expertise with AWS services, integration with ITSM tools, and the ability to support 24x7 operations as needed. Compensation aligns with market rates and Cognizant’s incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Amazon Connect environments in production and non-production settings.
• Strong understanding of contact flows, queues, and routing profiles.
• Ability to monitor platform health and resolve incidents.

Responsibilities

• Administer Amazon Connect environments across production and non-production instances.
• Configure and maintain contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and agent profiles.
• Manage user onboarding, modifications, and deprovisioning.
• Ensure high availability and operational stability of the contact center environment.
• Troubleshoot call routing, telephony, IVR, and voice quality issues.
• Design, configure, and maintain IVR and call routing workflows.
• Support integrations between Amazon Connect and ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow, CRM Platforms, and other services.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
