Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an AWS Connect Administrator to manage and optimize Amazon Connect environments across production and non-production. You will configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and security profiles, while ensuring high availability and incident response.

You will collaborate with ServiceNow, CRM platforms, and IT teams to implement integrations, dashboards, and automation, supporting 24x7 operations when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Amazon Connect environments in production and non-production.
• Ability to design and optimize IVR, contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and security profiles.
• Strong collaboration with ITSM tools and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Amazon Connect across environments.
• Configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and agent profiles.
• Monitor health, resolve issues, and ensure high availability.
• Support 24x7 operations when required.
• Design, maintain IVR and call routing workflows.
• Assist in API integrations and workflow automation.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports.
