Job summary

UST is seeking an AWS Cloud Architect to lead the architecture and execution of on-premises to AWS migration for a complex application landscape including Liferay, SiteCore, PingFederate, ETL, and Angular/Node.js apps. You will own end-to-end target-state design and collaborate with DevOps to safely move workloads into production on AWS.

The role requires hands-on AWS expertise, Dynatrace observability, CI/CD/DevOps practices, and strong security alignment.

Qualifications

AWS Cloud Architecture experience
Experience leading on-premises to AWS migrations
Strong knowledge of AWS core services (compute, networking, storage, security)
Hands-on Dynatrace observability experience
CI/CD and containerization expertise (Docker)
Experience with certificate management (ACM) and TLS/SSL workflows

Responsibilities

Own target-state AWS architecture for on-prem to AWS migration across the portfolio
Assess on-prem applications and define per-application migration strategy
Design AWS infrastructure and integration patterns for portal/CMS and SSO
Architect migration and re-platforming of ETL jobs
Define CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for migrated apps
Lead migration runbooks, cutover planning, and design reviews
Partner with security and DevSecOps to meet compliance requirements
Provide hands-on architectural guidance during build and cutover phases
