Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking an Associate Vice President of Strategic Growth to drive growth across West Coast accounts. The role involves sourcing new business, coaching regional teams, and leading a CRM-enabled growth function.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in sales/healthcare in post-acute settings, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a proven track record in strategic planning and execution for large-scale accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required.
• 7-10 years of sales/healthcare experience in the post-acute space is required.
• Experience in strategic growth and business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned accounts.
• Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to contract start-up.
• Lead a high-performing business development function and CRM.
• Mentor local management in customer relationship management and growth.
• Coordinate new business start-ups and support marketing efforts.
• Assist in annual budget planning and achieving growth targets.
• Identify and secure new referral sources.
