Job summary

Sinclair is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Assistant Vice President, Finance Transformation to lead initiatives modernizing finance operations and increasing the value of the company's technology investments. This role partners with finance, IT, and business leaders to simplify, redesign, and standardize processes, leveraging Oracle Cloud Fusion, automation, analytics, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, finance operations, transformation, consulting, enterprise systems, or related.
• Experience leading cross-functional process redesign or finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion or comparable enterprise finance platforms.
• Practical knowledge of automation, analytics, AI, and generative AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance transformation agenda aligning initiatives with Sinclair's strategic priorities.
• Redesign workflows for greater efficiency, controls, and service across the organization.
• Establish a roadmap for standardization, automation, systems optimization, and adoption of emerging tech.
• Collaborate with IT to maximize value and usability of Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects from opportunity assessment through benefits realization.
