Focus Partners Wealth is seeking an Associate Vice President, Business Development to drive growth in the SAN referral channel from Phoenix, AZ. You will own the full sales cycle, develop go-to-market strategies, and build relationships with Schwab Financial Consultants to generate new business.

You will leverage custodian networks, lead in-person engagement, and collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to articulate Focus's unique value.

Formación

• 5+ years financial services experience with demonstrated results in business development and sales with wealth management clients is required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and inspire referral partners.
• Must be based in the Phoenix, AZ area with regular local travel; travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage custodian referral networks to increase market share and growth in the firm's book of business.
• Build and cultivate strategic B2B relationships with Schwab Financial Consultants to generate client referrals.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through closed business.
• Create and refine a personal business development playbook using market intelligence and insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales collateral tells the Focus story effectively.
• Deliver proposals to prospective clients and manage multiple priorities across the market.
