- Experience managing global teams (US and India) and vendor strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in DevSecOps, reliability, and secure engineering.
- Strategic thinker with bias for action and customer-focused outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technology strategy and modernization for Employer Experience.
- Lead AI-first engineering and adoption of AI-assisted development and testing.
- Define and execute a tech roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure data, analytics, and AI capabilities support trusted insights.
- Champion engineering excellence, culture, and responsible AI use.
- Build and grow high-performing engineering teams and talent pipelines.
- Partner with business leaders to drive value through technology.
