Qualifications

• Proven AI-first engineering at scale across collaboration/workspace platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration and endpoint tech.
• Experience building reliability practices (SLOs/SLIs, incident management).
• Strong OKR leadership with outcome-based measures.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and multi-year roadmap for collaboration and workspace platforms.
• Own OKRs translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Operationalize Reliability Engineering across platforms with RE integration.
• Drive automation-first, AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Build end-to-end observability and Digital Employee Experience metrics.
• Lead and grow senior engineering leaders and teams.
