Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautics, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of aviation industry experience, or equivalent aviation education and training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global flight operations by arranging and managing airport ground handling services, permits, slots, and passenger logistics.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by serving as a primary point of contact and building proactive relationships.
• Manage aviation logistics by creating trip records, preparing quotations, and coordinating with airports and vendors.
• Support flight planning activities, monitor weather impacts, and provide briefing support.
• Communicate route, permit, and operational requirements to customers and crews.
