Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an Aviation Project Manager to lead airport design and construction projects from concept through completion, while mentoring junior staff and expanding the aviation group.

Based remotely in California, you will manage client relationships, QA/QC, and strategic growth initiatives, coordinating with leadership to pursue opportunities in targeted markets and respond to industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE License required.
• 8+ years in airport design/construction.
• Experience with FAA advisory circulars and FAA grant process.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to lead staff and grow aviation group.

Responsibilities

• Oversee airport design and construction projects and client management.
• Lead QA/QC and design reviews across regions.
• Mentor junior staff and develop growth plans.
• Support business development and proposals with aviation clients.
