Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking an experienced AVEVA PI Specialist to own and optimize enterprise-scale PI environments. You will configure data collection from OT sources, maintain PI Data Archive and AF, and drive reliability across PI system architectures.

You will lead integrations, collaborate with IT, and develop automation using Python, PowerShell, and .NET to deliver scalable telemetry feeds. Mentorship and documentation are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering AVEVA PI environments.
• Strong scripting: Python, PowerShell, .NET.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and diagnostics.
• Experience with PI Collectives and Asset Framework (AF).

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for OT systems with focus on AVEVA PI.
• Configure and maintain data collection from OT sources into PI System.
• Investigate and integrate OT systems with PI System.
• Administer PI components: Data Archive, Collectives, AF, Interfaces, Connectors, Adapters, AVEVA Connect, PI Web API, PI Vision.
• Lead efforts to improve PI System architecture and reliability.
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades and maintenance with IT teams.
• Develop automation for maintenance and telemetry feeds using Python, PowerShell, and .NET.
• Mentor junior team members.
