Job summary

Lelch is seeking an experienced AV System Designer/Drafter for luxury residential projects in Minnetonka, MN. You will design low-voltage systems, collaborate with sales, and interact with clients to deliver elegant AV solutions.

Ideal candidates bring CAD/Revit proficiency, deep knowledge of Crestron, Lutron, Savant, and networking, with a steady 3-year work history and high EQ. Normal hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST.

Qualifications

• Residential luxury AV design experience required.
• Proficient in CAD and Revit for design and drafting.
• Deep knowledge of control, lighting, shading, and network systems.
• Strong client interaction and collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Create design and engineering documentation for low-voltage systems in luxury residences.
• Develop and present proposals using CAD/Revit.
• Map signal flow, networks, lighting/shading and control systems.
• Coordinate with construction teams through project phases.
