Lelch in Minnetonka, MN is seeking an experienced residential AV/technology system designer focused on luxury homes. You will create design and engineering documentation for low-voltage systems and work closely with the sales team and clients to realize high-end installations.

The role requires CAD/Revit familiarity (ideally), deep knowledge of Crestron, C4 and Savant, lighting/shading controls (Lutron), and robust networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential AV design with luxury projects.
• Experience with CAD and Revit for design/layout.
• Deep knowledge of Crestron, C4, Savant, Lutron and networks.

Responsibilities

• Create design and engineering documentation for low-voltage systems for high-end residences.
• Understand design software (CAD and Revit) and translate client needs into drawings.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of signal flow, networks, lighting/shading, and control systems.
