Job summary

Amphenol RF is seeking a Program Manager to direct cross-functional teams through automotive phase gates, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery. You will manage RFQ reviews, cost analyses, and launches of awarded projects while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to meet milestones.

The role requires technical acumen, 3+ years in automotive settings, and strong communication. Remote position with Detroit, MI area considered.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a technical discipline preferred with at least 3 years automotive experience.
Familiar with APQP / PPAP phase gate development process and OEM/Tier 1 deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Award new projects by working with cross-functional teams (CFT) and review RFQ packages.
Drive cost optimization and manage quotes, budgets, and financial analyses for approvals.
Lead flawless launches of awarded projects and coordinate meetings to close open items.
Maintain project schedules with Gantt charts and track financial performance.
Coordinate documents to meet phase gate requirements and manage risk.
