Job summary

Amphenol RF, a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through automotive phase gate processes. You will drive quotes, capacity planning, and cost-reduction initiatives to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities include managing RFQ packages, coordinating with Sales/Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing, and ensuring on-time launch of awarded projects with ongoing financial updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline and 3+ years automotive experience preferred.
• Familiar with APQP / PPAP phase gate development process and OEM/Tier 1 deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet customer milestones within an automotive phase gate process.
• Review RFQ package with Sales/Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing to define achievable quotation specs.
• Prepare cost analyses and budgetary quotations for management approval; drive cost optimization.
• Coordinate with CFT to ensure on-time project launches and milestones.
• Pursue NRE PO, asset requests, and coordinate AR payment/invoicing with Finance and Customer Service.
