The role demands 3–7 years in automotive PM, a mechanical or electrical engineering background, and knowledge of APQP/PPAP/DFMEA/PFMEA. Willingness to travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management experience in automotive supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and DFMEA processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical projects from RFQ through mass production with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with customers and internal design, quality, and manufacturing engineering to ensure phase-gate compliance.
• Track project costs and tooling expenses to stay within budget.
• Identify technical risks and drive timely resolutions; manage documentation for phase gates.
• Drive on-time launches and facilitate internal/external project meetings.
