Concentrix is seeking an Automotive Marketing Sales Associate to build and manage dealer relationships, drive enrollment and campaign deployment, and meet growth goals. The role is remote with US deployment and offers hourly pay with incentives based on performance.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in Marketing or Communications and 1–3 years in sales, marketing, or customer service, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

• Desired skills include experience with sales, direct marketing, and creating/implementing marketing plans.

Responsabilidades

• Build consultative relationships with assigned dealer base and serve as trusted consultant.
• Identify opportunities to drive enrollment, adoption, and campaigns based on dealer needs.
• Meet or exceed daily, monthly, yearly goals.
• Lead strategic dealer conversations to align program with revenue and engagement.
• Educate and guide dealers on campaign strategy and deployment.
• Ensure timely activation and execution of campaigns with ongoing engagement.
• Develop customized marketing plans for dealers to maximize performance.
• Analyze performance trends and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Refine dealer strategy through ongoing communications and reviews.
• Translate insights into guidance for targeting and engagement.
• Maintain dealer records with CRM activity.
• Review and approve dealer communications for brand alignment.
• Implement quality control for marketing materials and dealer copy.
• Assist in resolving data issues.
