Responsibilities

• Learn Affinitiv's products and solutions and support conversations with the Client Success Consultant Team.
• Coordinate with internal departments and with the development team as needed.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain deadline-focused, high-quality deliverables.
• Proofread and communicate clearly to stakeholders to avoid errors in campaigns.
• Support marketing activities including campaign logistics and reporting.
