Job summary

Maritz Automotive Solutions is seeking a results-driven Automotive Digital Retail Implementation Manager to join our team. This remote role requires residence in the Washington, DC / Baltimore, MD area and up to 70% travel to dealer sites.

The role focuses on OEM digital retailing implementations, training, and ensuring milestones are met. You will engage dealerships, lead training, and collaborate with vendor partners to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Background in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
• Strong understanding of the retail automotive industry, including dealership structures and workflows.
• Experience with dealership/automotive software platforms (DMS, CRM, digital retailing).
• Knowledge of desking or F&I processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for dealerships of an OEM Digital Retailing system.
• Act as SME on OEM program, dealership operations, and automotive retail best practices.
• Lead and facilitate user training and ongoing support through implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure dealership personnel meet turnaround times for milestones.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks.
• Build partnerships with dealership teams through in-person and virtual coaching.
