Zapier is seeking an Automation Strategist, Customer Success to help customers maximize automation value. You will design, build, and scale automations that save time and reduce manual work, partnering with customer success managers and enterprise clients.

You will run discovery sessions, map workflows, and deliver practical automation strategies using Zapier. This role is fully remote across North America, with strong emphasis on outcomes and adoption.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, automation, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience building automations with Zapier or similar workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes, integrations, and how teams use software together.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience running workshops and presenting to customers.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical, scalable automation designs.
• A data-informed approach, with experience measuring adoption and outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team across North America.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customer success teams to understand customer goals, workflows, and pain points.
• Run discovery and design workshops with customers to map processes and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Design and build Zapier automations, including multi-step workflows, integrations, and AI-assisted processes.
• Document automation designs, workflows, and best practices for customers and internal teams.
• Train and enable customer teams to build, maintain, and expand their own automations.
• Measure automation impact, including time saved, adoption, and business outcomes, and share results with customers.
• Partner with product and customer success teams to surface customer feedback and improve the automation experience.
• Support enterprise customers with complex, scaled automation programs across teams and systems.
