Zinier seeks a hands-on, customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager to ensure customers transform their operations with our platform. You will co-own engagements with Solution Architects, bridging business outcomes with platform capability, and actively look for automation opportunities to scale your impact.

You will work in a high-impact, multi-stakeholder environment, driving adoption, expansion, and value realization while building long-term relationships with customers across industries.

Competenze

• 5-8 years in customer success, account mgmt, or consulting in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ROI thinking.

Mansioni

• Own post-implementation journeys driving adoption and value.
• Monitor customer health and intervene before churn risks.
• Lead QBRs to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with PS, Support, Product, and Sales on handoffs and feedback.
• Identify automation opportunities and apply AI-driven approaches to scale.
