Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation Technology, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Technical Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting, servicing, troubleshooting, implementing, or maintaining automation systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% and maintain access to a major airport.
  • Experience working in customer-facing environments and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME for automation hardware solution implementations in large core labs.
  • Lead onsite implementation activities: equipment receipt, site readiness, placement, assembly, testing, and verification.
  • Coordinate projects with customers, PMs, lab leadership, field service teams, contractors, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Resolve complex inquiries and provide advanced troubleshooting through the lifecycle.
  • Deliver automation product training and technical guidance to field staff.
  • Support post-implementation escalations and provide SME for complex issues.
  • Travel up to 100% across the United States to support projects.
