Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across operational and technical aspects of the workstream.
• Lead a 100+ person IT workforce across Cybersecurity, Network, Testing and Cloud.
• Oversee end-to-end NEEDS package activities and contractual deliverables.
• Manage program scope, schedule, baselines, dependencies, and integration.
• Drive P&L management, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Engage FAA and Peraton executives, lead reviews and governance.
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance in a regulated federal environment.
