Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Program Manager to translate strategic FAA modernization objectives into executable operational plans and oversee large-scale IT programs.

The role leads a 100+ IT professionals across Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Software Testing, and Cloud, coordinating with functional managers to optimize resources, manage risks, and ensure profitable delivery on multi-million-dollar portfolios.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active FAA Public Trust clearance.
• 16+ years of experience managing large federal IT programs.
• Experience managing budgets above $100M and applying project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic FAA modernization objectives into executable operational plans.
• Oversee end-to-end NEEDS Package activities while maintaining cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
• Lead day-to-day operations for 100+ IT professionals across Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Software Testing, and Cloud.
• Partner with functional managers to optimize resource allocation and drive cross-functional planning.
• Assist in P&L management for multi-million-dollar portfolios and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure profitability through monitoring revenue, margin, labor utilization, backlog, and cost performance.
