Job summary

Peraton is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to steer the design, integration, and deployment of network and data systems for the FAA BNATCS contract. The role leads cross-functional teams across aviation, engineering, data science, and operations to deliver complex modernization initiatives on-site in Herndon, VA.

You will manage scope, schedule, and performance, ensuring cost effectiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with FAA leadership and Peraton

Qualifications

• 16+ years of deploying and managing telecommunications infrastructure in federal/aviation environments.
• Experience delivering federal IT programs with budgets over $100M+.
• Deep understanding of TDM and IP-based networks, MPLS, BGP/OSPF, WAN/LAN design.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams across FAA deployment sites.
• Manage end-to-end execution of large engineering initiatives from planning through deployment.
• Oversee financial performance including budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost control.
• Coordinate with FAA telecom teams, field techs, vendors, and carriers for site activations and transitions.
