Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building API-driven integrations across multiple platforms.
• Ability to design durable automations and workflows that save time and reduce errors.
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms and AI-enabled automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain API-driven integrations across Slack, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Glean, Google Workspace, Workato.
• Design and implement Workato recipes and workflows that automate multi-step business processes.
• Develop Google Apps Script automations that extend Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
• Develop and extend AI agent capabilities by defining tool schemas and connecting agents to live APIs and sources.
• Build Slack-based operational experiences, including bots and workflow automations.
• Integrate Glean into operational workflows by configuring data access patterns and routing knowledge to agents and channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify manual processes and design durable automations.
• Monitor production automations and handle incidents and maintenance.
• Maintain and improve automation systems as APIs and platforms evolve.
• Create clear documentation for API contracts, workflow logic, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with AI & Technology Operations leadership to scope and deliver automation initiatives.
