Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a Software Testing Principal with MUMPS expertise to support mission-critical healthcare applications. The role is 100% remote and based in the United States, with a Public Trust (MBI) clearance expectation.

Remote position supporting Veterans Affairs, focusing on HL7/FHIR data interchange, legacy system modernization, and quality assurance across full SDLC. A Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering is required along with 10+ years in software testing.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare/government or highly regulated environments.
Experience testing enterprise healthcare applications in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache.
Proven ability to develop and execute test plans and cases.
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, HIPAA EDI transactions.

Responsabilités

Support testing for mission-critical healthcare applications in MUMPS/Cache environments.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, scripts, and procedures.
Validate software enhancements, maintenance releases, and system upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and test objectives.
Lead testing efforts and mentor junior testers.
