Job summary

National General is seeking an experienced Virtual Auto Supplement Estimator. This fully remote role supports Western region claims by independently evaluating damages, drafting supplements, and negotiating with repair facilities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on estimating experience and can manage end-to-end claim support from a home office. Responsibilities include writing comprehensive auto damage estimates, preparing supplements, and coordinating with claims professionals to resolve

Qualifications

• Experience writing and managing supplements.
• Ability to assess repairability and estimate accuracy.
• Strong negotiation skills with repair facilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and finalize auto damage estimates for first- and third-party claims.
• Independently prepare and write supplements based on findings.
• Negotiate repair costs with body shops and facilities.
• Assess repairability, damage consistency, and estimate accuracy.
• Support repair-versus-total-loss evaluations with valuation analyses.
• Maintain documentation of estimate decisions and claim activities.
• Work remotely with discipline to meet productivity and quality targets.
