You will guide customers to the best aftermarket parts for their dream build, leveraging product knowledge to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles.
• Excellent sales ability with product knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Maintain attendance per company policy.
• Professionalism and tact with customers.
• Proficient keyboarding and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication via calls, texts, emails, and chats regarding orders, inquiries, and returns.
• Follow up on sales leads and close sales.
• Take inbound calls, tickets, chats from multiple queues as needed.
• Use product knowledge to upsell automotive accessories.
• Build rapport to foster repeat business and address service issues.
• Process orders and returns accurately and promptly.
• Meet bi-weekly sales goals and performance metrics.
