Turn5, Inc. is seeking a Sales Tech I to assist customers in selecting automotive accessories for their dream builds. This remote role requires strong sales ability, solid product knowledge, and the capacity to learn quickly while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will handle inquiries across calls, texts, and chats, pursue leads, and close sales as part of a dynamic team. Eligible for weekend shifts and performance bonuses under our program.

Qualificações

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have or be able to acquire automotive knowledge across supported vehicles.
• Excellent sales ability and some product knowledge or ability to learn.
• Ability to maintain attendance according to policy.
• Professionalism and tact when dealing with customers.
• Proficient keyboarding and internet skills (Word, Excel).
• Reliable PC with sufficient internet speed; dual monitors recommended.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Clear oral and written communication; meet deadlines.
• Successful completion of Turn5 sales new hire training.
• Must reside in PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer communications via calls, texts, emails, and chats about orders and returns.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and close sales.
• Takes inbound calls, tickets, and chats from queues as directed.
• Use product knowledge to sell automotive accessories.
• Suggest modifications to enhance customer builds.
• Build rapport with customers to foster repeat business and handle service issues.
• Maintain professional demeanor and provide prompt, efficient service.
• Enter and process orders, returns, and inquiries accurately.
• Meet bi-weekly sales goals and KPIs.
