Turn5, Inc. is hiring for a Sales Tech I position that supports automotive enthusiasts through our online platforms. This role emphasizes guiding customers to the best aftermarket parts for their dream builds and driving sales across multiple channels.

The position offers remote work from home with weekend shifts and a potential earnings mix that can reach $80,000+ annually including performance bonuses. Training and advancement through the Sales Tech Career Path Program are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles.
• Excellent sales ability and some product knowledge.
• Reliable attendance per company policy.
• Professionalism and tact when dealing with customers.
• Strong computer keyboarding and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication via calls, texts, emails, and chats regarding orders, inquiries, and returns.
• Make outbound calls/texts to follow up on sales leads and close sales.
• Take inbound calls/tickets/chats as needed and directed by leadership.
• Utilize product knowledge to sell automotive accessories.
• Build rapport to foster repeat business and address service-related issues.
